- Shipped Orders: refund accepted within 10 days of package arrival. All original tags/boxes must be attached/returned.
- In-Store Purchase or In-Store Pickup Orders: Refund accepted within 10 days of order date. All original tags/boxes must be attached/returned.
- Refunds can be done in store or via mail. You are responsible for return postage.
- Refund requests after day 10 (referenced above for online vs. in-store) will be issued in the form of in-store credit up to 30 days, at which point we no longer accept returns.
- We do not offer refunds on the following items: Jewelry, Sunglass, Bralettes, Shapeware, Swimsuits, Hats, Candy Club, Clearance, or Sale Items.
ONLINE EXCLUSIVE ITEMS (not available in store): Eligible for return within 10 days of package arrival for shipped, or order date for in-store pickup. Refunded in STORE credit only.
