Yes! We offer a 2,000 Sq. ft. physical store for you to come in
and shop! We also also offer local pickup! This means that you can order your products online, and you can swing by to pick them up!

All styles fit true to size, unless specifically noted. We also work diligently in our descriptions to be sure we are noting any useful sizing information. Check there for additional help!

We do! They make great gifts!  They can be purchased in-store or online and can also be redeemed in both places. Shop them here!

We try to make sure that our orders are in great condition when they leave our warehouse, but in rare cases an item might not meet our quality control standards or be oversold. In these cases, we issue a refund and send an email with details. If you don't see an email from us with details about your refund, please check your spam folder.

Thank you for your order! We're sorry to hear that you didn't get the price you wanted, but we do appreciate that you support us. Unfortunately, we cannot control when items go on sale and sometimes they go on sale because it is our very last item available. We cannot apply coupons or adjust past purchases.

Yes and we'd love to see you! We're located at 152346 Davenport Rd. Little Falls MN, and our normal business hours are Wednesday 4-7, Friday 12-5, Saturday 9-2. If your order has been filled during that time, just swing by the shop and pick it up—we'll be here waiting for you!

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking page to watch the status of your order. If you paid using ShopPay, you can track every single detail of your order in the SHOP app! If you selected free local pick up, you’ll receive an email that your order is ready for pickup!

SHIPPING DETAILS

We are so excited for you to get your Pretty Kinz Boutique order! Most orders ship same day! We do not ship on weekends or when the store is closed for holidays or work travel, such as to Market.

If you made a mistake on your address, please reach out to us at prettykinzboutique3@gmail.com as soon as possible. We ship SUPER fast so the moment you realize, please contact us. After your order leaves our store, we are unable to make any changes.

We ship all orders through USPS and UPS.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once USPS or UPS scans your package you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to track your package!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Yes, you will receive an emailed confirmation within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Oh boy, We are so sorry! Unfortunately, sometimes mistakes happen, even though we do our best to make sure every order is shipped accurately. If you can send pictures of your order to us at prettykinzboutique3@gmail.com so we can investigate and get you your proper order as soon as possible, it would be greatly appreciated. We respond to emails Monday through Friday within 48 business hours, but usually much sooner.
